If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sugarpova shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Impersonation of others, including a Sugarpova or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Sugarpova does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Sugarpova is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Sugarpova, Sugarpova has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Sugarpova. Nonetheless, Sugarpova seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
We strive to ensure that Sugarpova products are of the highest quality. Accordingly, we carefully schedule the production and delivery of our candies in order to deliver to you the freshest candies possible and cut down on wasted ingredients, keeping the cost of the product low for our customers. Our refund and cancellation policies are reflective of these efforts.
No Refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us in writing within 30 days from receiving your order and we will try to address your concerns. We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Cancellations or Changes in an Order. Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us in writing before we have begun processing your order. Accordingly, you must cancel within 3 hours after placing an order by sending an email to info@sugarpova.com. After such time, you will be responsible for the total cost of your order. Sugarpova may, in our sole discretion, honor any requests for changes to or cancellation of an order after such time, in which case additional charges may apply.
