INTRODUCING THE MARIA SHARAPOVA WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM

Over the past six years, I have learned the many business dimensions of starting a company with all the challenges and hurdles of real-world experience along the way. My candy company, Sugarpova, was a labor of love, and I only wish back then that I had the group of mentors and team I have now to help guide and support my vision. After years of learning and finding the best people and partners, Sugarpova has reached global sales penetration with double-digit revenue growth over the last few years. And it continues to keep growing!

NOW is the time for me to pay forward what I’ve learned as an entrepreneur — which is why I’ve chosen to partner with NAWBO, the National Association of Women Business Owners, to launch the Maria Sharapova Women’s Entrepreneur Program, a 12-month-long mentorship program where my team and I will provide support, educational training, a mastermind group and more to six women business owners.

At the core, it’s all about women helping women grow their businesses, and as an entrepreneur myself, I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this!
